    Fire Resistance Performance

    The fire-resistant material independently developed by our company filled inside the door leaf, combined with the fire-resistant intumescent sealing strip between the door frame and the door leaf, can prevent flame penetration within the specified fire resistance time, ensuring that the heat insulation performance of the stainless steel fire-resistant door meets the temperature requirements of all levels.

    Smoke Sealing

    The gap between the door and frame is precisely controlled within 1–3 mm, and combined with a door closer, ensures the door remains securely closed. The fire-resistant intumescent seals maintain elasticity under normal conditions and expand tightly at high temperatures, effectively preventing the spread of toxic smoke through stainless steel fire-rated doors.

    Installation & Maintenance

    During installation, the frame is assembled on-site and secured with expansion bolts, with the wall gaps filled using cement mortar for solid anchoring. Ensure a uniform clearance (approx. 3 mm) between the door and frame, and verify the door closer and fire-rated lock function properly after assembly. For routine maintenance, clean the surface using a soft cloth and neutral detergent; avoid steel wool or acidic/alkaline cleaners that might scratch or corrode the surface. Regularly inspect the hardware operation and sealing strips, and replace damaged components as needed to extend the service life of the stainless steel fire door.
