Fire Resistance Performance
The fire-resistant material independently developed by our company filled inside the door leaf, combined with the fire-resistant intumescent sealing strip between the door frame and the door leaf, can prevent flame penetration within the specified fire resistance time, ensuring that the heat insulation performance of the stainless steel fire-resistant door meets the temperature requirements of all levels.
Smoke Sealing
The gap between the door and frame is precisely controlled within 1–3 mm, and combined with a door closer, ensures the door remains securely closed. The fire-resistant intumescent seals maintain elasticity under normal conditions and expand tightly at high temperatures, effectively preventing the spread of toxic smoke through stainless steel fire-rated doors.
Durability & Strength
Constructed from high-grade 304 stainless steel, both the frame and door leaf offer superior corrosion and wear resistance, standing up to humidity, heat, and harsh environments. The reinforced door structure provides excellent impact resistance and long-term stability — resisting deformation or cracking without frequent maintenance — ensuring durability and safety over years of use.
Aesthetic Appearance
Aesthetically, the surface retains the metal's natural texture while allowing for custom finishes such as antique bronze or black coating, breaking the monotony of traditional stainless steel tones and complementing or contrasting with the surrounding architectural palette.
Installation & Maintenance
During installation, the frame is assembled on-site and secured with expansion bolts, with the wall gaps filled using cement mortar for solid anchoring. Ensure a uniform clearance (approx. 3 mm) between the door and frame, and verify the door closer and fire-rated lock function properly after assembly. For routine maintenance, clean the surface using a soft cloth and neutral detergent; avoid steel wool or acidic/alkaline cleaners that might scratch or corrode the surface. Regularly inspect the hardware operation and sealing strips, and replace damaged components as needed to extend the service life of the stainless steel fire door.
Fire Rating
Grade C
Fire integrity ≥ 30 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 30 minutes;
Suitable for secondary fire protection areas such as pipe shafts and cable shafts, mainly used to block the spread of small fires.
Grade B
Fire integrity ≥ 60 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 60 minutes;
Suitable for areas with moderate fire protection requirements such as stairwells, antechambers, and evacuation routes.
Grade A
Fire integrity ≥ 90 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 90 minutes;
Suitable for important areas such as fire control rooms, power distribution rooms, rooms with valuable equipment, and fan rooms.
Others
Fire integrity ≥ 120-180 minutes, fire insulation ≥ 120-180 minutes;
Suitable for areas with ultra-Class A fire protection requirements such as chemical workshops, tunnel escape exits, and arms and ammunition depots.
